It is a sister property to The Paul & Geneva Knauls Building, located two blocks away, which provides housing for Veterans.

The Ronnie Herndon Building provides 21 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes to low-income individuals and households earning 30%-50% of the area median income (AMI) or below. To qualify, households must meet certain income requirements. Applicants can also bring their own Tenant Based Vouchers.
